Ashley Bennett, MSW, RCSWI

Ashley Bennett  is a Mental Health Therapist at F.A.V.O.R Therapeutic Services. She is dedicated to ensuring children and families are connected to community and financial resources.

Ashley received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology from Keiser University. After her undergraduate studies, Ashley received her Masters in Social Work from Delaware State University.

Ashley has over 10 years of case management experience and 4 years of direct practice experience. She has also spent some time working in a hospital setting which cultivated her therapeutic services approach which is based in realism and logic. Ashley encourages clients to be open and honest during their treatment process which has a tremendous impact on his or her overall mental health. In doing so, clients are able to set attainable goals which ultimately change the trajectory of their life.


Gabrielle Lubin, MSW, RCSWI

Gabrielle Lubin  is a Mental Health Therapist at F.A.V.O.R Therapeutic Services. She is dedicated to helping children and families with their overall mental health. Gabrielle is confident that by providing children with a safe space to express his or her emotions, it will allow them to better understand themselves.

Gabrielle received both her Bachelor’s and  Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida International University. Over the most recent years, Gabrielle’s common therapy interventions included but are not limited to:  CBT, MI, Play therapy, ACT, and behavioral therapy.

Gabrielle also works as a Mental Health Professional with Miami-Dade County Public Schools. This experience allowed her to develop all of the tools needed to provide the best therapeutic services to her clients.


Asia Nelson, MSW, RCSWI

Asia Nelson is a Mental Health Therapist at F.A.V.O.R Therapeutic Services. She is dedicated to bringing awareness to mental health as well as servicing at risk youth and their families. Nelson received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Criminal Justice Administration from Clark Atlanta University. After her undergraduate studies, Nelson completed a year of service with AmeriCorps as an Urban Education Fellowship Tutor. Upon completing her fellowship, Nelson returned to school and received a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University. Nelson began her career in mental health as a Registered Behavior Technician and volunteered as a therapist for a camp that provided grief therapy to kids and families in Georgia. 

In 2022, Nelson was contracted to work as a Mental Health Professional with the Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Nelson is passionate about providing therapeutic services to children and families and strives to tailor her approach that is unique to each client.


Sherril Cherazard, MSW, RCSWI

Sherril Cherazard is a Mental Health Therapist at F.A.V.O.R Therapeutic Services, where she is committed to helping clients improve their well-being. With over 10 years of experience working in the community, Sherril has developed a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face and is passionate about supporting them on their path to personal growth.

Sherril earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and her Master’s in Social Work from Barry University. She incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques in her practice, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

In addition to her work at F.A.V.O.R Therapeutic Services, Sherril has a diverse background that includes advocating for survivors of domestic violence in shelter settings and serving as a PSR (Psychosocial Rehabilitation) counselor for individuals dealing with substance abuse and mental health challenges. Sherril is also certified in grief counseling, which enables her to provide specialized support to those coping with loss.

Sherril also works as an EBD (Emotional and Behavioral Disorders) Clinician with Miami-Dade County Public Schools. This experience has helped her further refine the skills necessary to provide comprehensive and tailored therapeutic services to her clients, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
